Alhaji Bah is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of RR IT Cyber, where he sets the company’s vision and strategic direction to ensure clients receive secure, reliable IT and cybersecurity solutions aligned with their business goals.

Alhaji brings over a decade of experience in the IT and cybersecurity fields, with a strong emphasis on securing modern business environments and building reliable, scalable technology solutions.

Alhaji currently holds an active Top Secret security clearance and industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CSAP, and other relevant cybersecurity credentials. In recognition of his leadership, technical excellence, and commitment to high performance, he earned both an MVP Award and a Certificate of Appreciation at Lamborghini Washington.

Alhaji earned his Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity from Northern Virginia Community College and completed multiple professional workforce development programs, including Year Up United and Per Scholas, where he gained hands-on, intensive cybersecurity training.

Hamzah Warriach is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer / Chief Operating Officer of RR IT Cyber, where he leads business growth, operations, and client strategy. He builds trusted partnerships, drives service delivery, and ensures clients have access to reliable, high-quality IT and cybersecurity solutions that help their organizations thrive.

With nearly a decade of experience bridging business operations and technology, Hamzah began his career in a family-owned business, gaining hands-on experience managing daily operations, customer relationships, and internal processes. This foundation shaped his practical, results-driven approach to leadership and problem-solving.

He then advanced to the corporate world, joining the corporate headquarters IT and cybersecurity department of IntelliBridge, a government services firm later acquired by Agile Defense. There, he ensured enterprise technology systems were secure, reliable, and scalable, supporting internal teams and business operations across a growing organization. His work enabled teams to operate efficiently while safeguarding critical information in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

At RR IT Cyber, Hamzah focuses on delivering client-centered solutions, scaling operations, and creating repeatable processes that simplify complex IT and cybersecurity challenges. He is passionate about helping organizations work smarter, stay secure, and achieve long-term success.

Hamzah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity from George Mason University, bringing a balanced perspective that blends business execution with technology leadership.
